Sessions are offered through secure telehealth, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home in Nevada, Arizona, or Washington.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques designed to help you increase insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change in your daily life. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or difficulty managing emotions, counseling can help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and support.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I am currently licensed to practice in Nevada, Arizona, and Washington, providing telehealth therapy to clients across these states.

I grew up in West Michigan and have called Las Vegas home for many years, which has shaped both my personal and professional perspective.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and challenges with identifying and expressing emotions. My work often focuses on helping clients improve communication patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthier coping strategies.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when it is a partnership, and I welcome ongoing feedback to ensure the process is meeting your needs.

Therapy can feel overwhelming at the start, and I prioritize creating a space where you feel supported, respected, and understood throughout the process.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I also completed a minor in Family Studies. I went on to complete my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2015. I have worked in both agency and private practice settings throughout my career.

If you are considering therapy, I would be glad to connect and explore whether working together feels like a good fit for you. You are welcome to reach out through my website to schedule a consultation call or intake session.
